no problem. i usually put them in to separate my thoughts. easier to read, i guess as i am getting older.

Pros for the agents, cons for the buyer or seller
Dr. F, I have noticed you've made several negative comments about realtors, as if we are bad folks.
Dual agency is not illegal, nor it is unethical and it does not harm buyer or seller.
As I've mentioned before, I know sellers who were thrilled because they got the price they wanted, and sold quickly, because their agent was able to sell to someone, who they represented, who was looking for just that house.
Some of those who oppose dual agency representation do so on the grounds that the seller will be talked into accepting a lower price, while others do so ont he grounds that the buyer will be talked into a paying a higher price.
Neither is correct.
