No not depressed. This reversal is a triumph for decency and sanity - a major defeat for the Orange Menace.

 

Trump attends a "rally" of his supporters tonight, and he'll have to tell them why he retreated on torturing innocent children.

Why he had to reverse himself on a campaign promise.  He'll be eating his words. 

That's enough of a reward for me.                                             

 

But, Yes, you are right. Trump is so out of touch with reality that we WILL have another tragedy, outrage,

or foolhardy disaster to deal with within 24 hours

Looks like the nation is in agreement with the more sensible and sane here. It's getting better every day! People waking up to the fact that what they tell us is false and to only benefit those who make money on the mess America is in.  (Think food vendors who feed those illegals in custody, the health care professionals who care for them, the laundry services and on and on. Folks, these services are contracted by outside companies. It has been estimated that it cost several hundred dollars per day, per illegal alien. This is big money for those companies. Think they want that gravy train to stop?)
