So this violent Mexican citizen who killed these officers in cold blood has been deported twice before,  Now the feds want custody so they can deport him again.  Twice before he has slipped back over the border.  If he is deported again, how is he ever going to be convicted and be put away permanently?

I don't understand why he wouldn't be tried and jailed here.

I would think so too, but why would the Feds be trying to get him?  do we try non-citizens here?

I haven't read the story yet myself, but my husband said INS said IF and when local authorities are ever done with him they would deport him. This guy isn't ever going to be free.

Keep this in mind when you vote.

Gov Brown and Obama both want to give amnesty to illegals.

While not all of them are bad, there are many more murderers like this among them.

Legitimate people will go thru the process to become legal.
Bad people won't so it's not a good idea for Brown and Obama to give them all a free pass.

FYI, most illegals are deported when they commit crimes, we can't afford to house them all in prison, we would need triple the space and funds to do it. Once they are returned to Mexico, they just walk right back over the border usually the next day and get back to their criminal, activities. America, what a country!

this prolly comes down to treaty 'agreements' on the type of punishments Americans can use on Mexicans.

Even though a California judge has 'halted' the death penalty- we are still a death penalty state.

just a guess. politics in good will bs between brownturdnoser and mexicant president.

We don't seem to have any politicians who are willing to protect our borders, our citizens, consumers, or businesses.  It's all about getting the votes.

I'm sure he was just a dreamer. Or maybe he just wanted to kill the cops Americans won't. Stupid slogans and blind political ideology are killing people. Excuse me while I go celebrate diversity.

Hard to argue because it's wrong either way, but NONE of our Presidents have ever stepped up to protect our border, and Ronald Reagan is the only President to have granted amnesty to illegals. He gave 3 million amnesty, and an estimated 9 million more came in the subsequent years.

None of our governors have had the guts either.

We spend time and money checking shoes at the airport but leave our borders wide open.

I think that information is not quite right.

Sounds right to me. Of course, neither party wants to address the immigration/border control debacle we are witnessing. Unfortunately, we all pay the price, regardless of political affiliation. Only those interested in identity politics benefit. Nothing will be done until the first dirty nuke comes across the border. That might be enough to wake up all the LIV's.
