I have a weakness for crab (most shellfish, actually), dim sum, wine, live music (mostly jazz).
I can over-consume all. And you?

I forgot to add, my daughters, and my daughter's dog. They get whatever they want.

You can make your own almond bark with Guittard dark chocolate. I make rocky road for friends, neighbors, and my husband's staff of 25 every year for the holidays and use Guittard chocolate and everyone loves it -- it's on par with See's. Just a thought.

I have a weakness for doing for others, for being there for my family, for the precious look in my grandson's eyes, for Chicago food (oh my goodness my last trip was a restaurant heaven), and for pies from Bodhain Ranch in Apple Hill.

See's Candies are made with Guittard Chocolate, so your's is definitely on par (http://www.foodandwi...chocolate-binge)

but I like going into the black and white store at See's, picking out things behind the counter and repeatedly opening up that enticing white box each night after dinner!

The anticipation of the treat, mixed with the tangible joy of opening a sweet smelling box....

That would explain it! HA HA HA So good, so easy, and so much cheaper than buying chocolates from a chocolate store. I even make truffles with these chocolates; people love receiving them. Oh, and Guittard chocolate is on sale at WinCo right now.

yes, it would be cheaper to make my own, but I would eat more and that would be not good, since I already listed this as my number one weakness!
plus, I believe in supporting awesome businesses like See's! its a California native and packs a huge nostalgic punch for me, since I grew up with it and instinctively think of Christmas and Easter when I see Mary's photo and that great packaging.
