Is there nothing the city can do to get this place to pick up its act?  Dare anyone to drive by this place without cringing in disgust.  Half of the roof/overhang has fallen off and doesn't look like it has seen a paint brush in 20+ yr

That broken down sign is actually an improvement over the last one!

 

You gotta wonder though, the city can ticket you for having a basketball hoop touch the sidewalk or parking your car in the same spot too long on Sutter St but these guy get a pass??

Exactly.  I actually thinks it looks better than it did.  The landscaping is actually regularly maintained very well compared to past years.

 

I just wonder who is responsible for the landscaping between them and Taco Bell?  That could use a little work.
