The Sacramento Bee just ran an article on a new mobile massage business in the Sacramento area.. Zeel Massage on Demand promises 5-star rated mobile therapists who bring a spa experience directly to clients in any location.
Zeel is supposed to be like the "Uber for massage." According to a June 2017 Sac Bee Article:
To use the Zeel service, customers must provide a government-issued identification. Zeel does this to ensure the safety of therapists, and it also processes all payments. For customer security, the company contracts with only experienced, licensed and insured massage therapists. When an appointment is booked, Zeel sends the customer a message with the therapist’s name, license number and photo.
Some of my friends like Zeel's concept, where you can go from the massage to laying down or going to sleep without having to get in the car and drive home. Other friends say they like the overall experience of going to the day spa to escape home life, and wouldn't want an in-home massage. I'm on the fence.
What do you think? Have you used Zeel yet? Would you?
Zeel offers a "Sleep Massage," which I have never heard of. But I sure could use some shut eye after weeks of stress and insomnia. I think i"m going to order my first massage this weekend. I found a special discount code for Folsom residents to save $25 on their first Zeel massage; here it is:
$25 off Promo Code: "FOLSOM"
Now Zeel and other on-demand delivery companies need to find a way to merge these services together. Imagine having a massage therapist come to your house for a treatment and bring along a pizza for you too!
I'll circle back and share how the Zeel massage session went. Please share your experiences!
