Non-story. The Mueller investigation was tasked with trying to find out if Russia meddled in the election, as moronic Dems believe. Mueller has not been able to find evidence of that, so he's trying to save face by going after other people for actions not connected to the election. Hilarious. Dems are such idiots.

the Russia sanctions could be "ripped up" and the nuclear plant deal with the Russians was a "go!"
