Of course we are all familiar with the abuses against conservatives perpetrated by the IRS.  We have seen how the "deep state (liberal)" operates by "leaking" bad information at every turn. We have seen progressives trying to weaken the 1st and 2nd Amendment.

The following is why you do want agenda driven ideologues in positions of power.

Bogus!     :KOOLAID:

Illegal leaks have always been rampant on all sides of the aisle.

The new smear campaign, initiated by Hannity on Fox News, is a cheap attempt to divert attention

from the very serious charges over Russian collusion by the Trump team.

When Mueller was appointed as Special Prosecutor he received universal praise for his integrity and

professionalism from Republicans and Democrats alike.

Now that his investigations are zeroing in on the Oval Office, suddenly the war hero

and gentleman comes under attack. It says more about the real desperation of the

GOP than anything else.   :lmaosmiley:

And talk about the 1st Amendment?!!!!!!
By a guy who regularly criticizes his own intelligence agencies,
the FBI, and the free press??!!

It's the old trick of accusing others of what the Republicans

are guilty of. Won't work. People are too smart.

'Cept maybe in Alabama.       :CRAZYLOCO:

What nerve they have to accuse the liberals.

That's just laughable!

GOP has sunk to a new low, and I feel sorry for the few

brave Republican souls who have to witness this destruction of

the loyal opposition into just a crazed, mindless, lynch mob.   :noyoudint:

Good luck with THAT!

BREAKING NEWS: DEMONCRAT (and Obama's Defense Secretary) Leon Panetta says it's a *stretch* to think that the Trump team broke the law by meeting with a Russian, and also that there does not seem to be any collusion (not that it would be illegal anyway)!! Article below. I'm starting to feel bad for you pathetic Dems. Your dream just isn't coming true... after an entire year, you're getting *zip, zero, nada*. Your dream is becoming a nightmare!!

You obviously didn't read the link. Wallow in ignorance...they say it is bliss.

Another reason you don't want "deep state" idologues in public service... :

The CFPB has unusual and extraordinary powers. When created, the dems figured they would retain the power.  They set it up so an unaccountable director could only be removed for cause. Unfortunately for them, the director suddenly stepped down, which resulted in a coup attempt by the deputy director against Trump's appointee. There are now several PUBLIC EMPLOYEES who are communicating with encrypted devices to resist the reigning in of power.

This is the same agency that was found unconstitutional by a district court.

(overview...bold mine):

"Dodd-Frank directed that the CFPB’s lone director be nominated by the president (and approved by the Senate). But the law also said that once the director was confirmed to a five-year term, he or she could not be removed by the president except for good cause.

Background: https://mobile.nytim...eader.readerpro

That structure, designed to insulate the CFPB’s power, has now provided the Trump administration with a justification for the president’s authority to appoint an interim director. As the CFPB’s old guard engages in a fiery dispute with the Trump administration over control of the bureau, proponents of the agency may come to regret investing the CFPB’s power in a single director.

The CFPB’s unusual structure has already caused controversy. In 2016, a three-judge panel of the District of Columbia U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the bureau is unconstitutional under separation-of-powers doctrine because its director is not accountable to anyone – not fellow commissioners, not Congress and not the president."

Listen up asshats. You work for the people. If you don't like your job, find another one. Staging coup attempts, and running resistance operations to undermine leadership is not your job. You are not resistance heroes, hiding downed airmen in WWII. You are not risking your life or family in the face of Nazi oppression. You are a whiny group of overpaid civil service workers. In private sector, if you pulled this crap, you would be immediately fired. Get a grip on yourselves.

Yeah, this should be disturbing to any person of sound mind. I read the article, unlike some people who are in denial and/or just stupid.
