Just curious-when did your kids stop wanting to, or not get excited about decorating the xmas tree....Im sure it just depends on the kid...

I volunteer at a place where we decorate a tree every year and I guarantee you that kids (including high school kids) never get tired of decorating a Christmas tree.  now they may get to that  stage where they don't want to appear to be kids and doing family things, but they still want to do it.

My daughter is a senior and all of these small traditions seem to be even more important to her with the thought that she'll be out of the house soon.

My college sophomore daughter just decorated our tree. I think girls enjoy it more then guys, I couldn't pay my son to decorate the tree, he's not interested.
