I am looking to buy a house in that area by Lake Natoma (Fong, Forrest, Sutter, Young Wo). Anyone from there? How is the neighborhood? Is that considered Historic District? Where do I fit in? smile.gif

I believe it is officially in the Historic District. You should check out the revitalization efforts happening in the District and make sure you are comfortable with the development and improvements happening in the area. I, for one, am ecstatic about the energy that is being poured into the area. People truly recognize how wonderful the place is and could be, and even more than just Sutter St. businesses! Check it out, and I wish you the best of luck with your purchase.
