Does anyone know what is going in on the corner of Glenn and Sibley, it appears that they are building retail space, but i don't know what is planned for the spot? Also, looks like they are breaking ground on the houses there on the corner as well. I hope we get a starbucks or other coffee shop
Thanks!
Thanks!

The spaces are still available for lease according to the sign. And yes, the homesite caddycorner to the retail corner is being rough graded.

I second the vote for a coffee shop! The only draw back to that corner is the ridiculous traffic light. It has a mind of its own! There have been times that I have waited there at a red light for 5 minutes with no other cars around! I wish someone would fix that signal!

Interesting. I had just spoke with Mark Rackovan about that signal yesterday a.m., before reading this post. I understand the timing intended to discourage through traffic on Sibley; however, they turned it into a four-way light so every direction is affected by it. He said it's not supposed to be like that, but he would check into it.

And Democrats in particular have a history of facilitating this obstructionism in exchange for campaign donations and votes." . . .Amanda Ripley re "Waiting for Superman" movie.
