My friend Ann and I have set a date for her MyFolsom cooking demo. It will be held Wednesday, April 4th, probably at 7pm. The tentative location is at my home, but that could change if a lot of people RSVP to attend.
Again, her cookbook is called: "Hands-Off Cooking: Low-Supervision, High-Flavor Meals for Busy People" and you can read up on it on Amazon http://www.amazon.co...o...9379&sr=8-1
Ann will demo some of the recipes so you can taste 'em and she'll have books available for purchase and signing. I will provide some beverages, but if you'd like, bring a bottle of wine and we'll do some wine tasting as well as food tasting!
