Become self employed and avoid the commuter traffic and give yourself a pay raise and time off. Enjoy the tax benefits that the former Congressmen/women and Presidents have and write off your taxes your cell phone, computer expenses, driving most anywhere at $0.50 per mile.

joker.gif flag.gif THE BAYSIDE SPORTS SWAP IS COMING!

It’s going to be Northern California’s largest Sports Swap, and it’s happening on the Bayside Church Campus, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 1st! On Sierra College just north of Douglas Blvd in Granite Bay.

At the Sports Swap, you can…

· Find everything from used golf balls to RVs! Soccer clothing to Mountain Bikes! Dirtbikes to Ski Boats! It’s all in one location!

· Bring and sell your own Sports Stuff and keep your profits!

· Donate Sports stuff to a great ministry and receive tax benefits!

· See demonstrations of some of the latest Adventure Sports Equipment!

· Take a tour of the new Bayside Campus!

· Meet the all the leaders from 14 Divisions of Bayside Adventure Sports!

· Find out about Basketball and Volleyball Leagues and Open Gym at Bayside!

· Buy a raffle ticket and win huge prizes!

Here’s some more details!

What’s the big idea? It’s a fund raiser for Bayside Adventure Sports to help scholarship families on trips, build the ministry, and even sponsor a mission trip!

How Does It Work?

Sign up and bring your own Sports Stuff! It can be anything that has to do with some sport - ANY SPORT! Bring jerseys, camping equipment, bicycles, bowling balls, golf clubs, hiking boots, skis, wakeboards, baseball cards…. Get the idea? Anything Sports! We’ll supply you with a table (or two) in the Bayside Courtyard - you sell your stuff (like a huge neighborhood garage sale!). Want to make a donation to Bayside from your profits? It’s up to you.

Bring and sell Sports Vehicles! Got a Boat, RV, Dirtbike, Jetski, Snowmobile, Go Kart, ATV, Sportbike, or Golf Cart? Bring it and sell it! We’ll have a special row in the parking lot just for vehicles for sale! When you arrive, we’ll give you the tear-off tags to put on the windshield to help people contact you.

Donate Sports Stuff! Don’t have enough to bring down or don’t want to stay and sell your old sports stuff but want to clean out the garage? Donate it to Bayside and receive tax credit and we’ll sell it and use the profits for ministry! HOW?

1. Bring it to church with you on Saturday nights (4:30 - 5 p.m. drop-off) or anytime Sunday mornings throughout April and drop it off at the new Church facility. Go to the South parking lot and look for the “Sports Swap Drop-Off” sign near a white pick-up truck)

2. Bring it to the Church Office during the week throughout April. Contact Tom Tuter at 944-2520 or tomtuter@comcast.net first to make sure he will be there to receive it. Our office is at 8221 Sierra College Blvd, Suite 440.

3. We’ll pick yours up! Got a lot? Need help getting it here? We have a pick-up truck and will come and pick up your load if you have a lot. Again, please contact Tom Tuter at 944-2520 or tomtuter@comcast.net .

Find out about Sports Stuff at Bayside! There’s Adventure Sports and Traditional Sports. There will be representatives for all of it at the Sports Swap!

Come see Demonstrations, win a raffle prize, or shoot some hoops! There will be lots of fun going on all day at the Swap!

Questions? Contact Greg Weisman at 791-1244 or gregw@baysideonline.com or Tom Tuter at 944-2520 or tomtuter@comcast.net .

Please forward this email on to anyone you know who you know who has sports stuff to sell or is looking for some great deals on used sports stuff to buy!

Thanks!

Greg Weisman

What about exercise equipment? Will there be any there? I'd like to purchase, but don't have anything to swap.

Anything Sports related could be there. As we have 12-16,000 people who call Bayside their home church and they only come on the average of 1 or 2 times per month and generally leave an email address...
We had 10,126 for the 8 Easter services last week.
I would bet there would be most anything sports related. Get there early as it will probably be heavy participation and response.

You did note that the church will pickup sports stuff you might want to donate?
