Lots of black and brown smoke. From around Intel, the fire looks like it is somewhere behind the Kikoman plant... towards the new bridge.

I just saw on the news it burning near powerhouse and the city corporation yard...but they've been able to keep it away from homes.

Looks like they have the whole Young Wo area blocked off - no one coming in. Couple of ambulances are there too.

Someone had this already... Sorry...
A VETERAN
Whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount "up to and including their life".
That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.

I didn't see the Metro fire helicopter which seems odd but since it's state property, the CDF guys at McClellen probably need the practice for what is likely to be a very busy fire season.

We were watching it at Thursday Night Market, it looked pretty big. We thought for sure there were houses on fire because of the black smoke, but the hazardous materials would make sense.

I could see the smoke all the way from downtown Sacramento.

I am glad Folsom PD finally blocked off the entrance into the neighborhood so many people just came in to look making for a very hazardous situation with all the fire trucks and such trying to come into the neighborhood.

Should have blocked them in so they had to go up to your door, and say sorry for blocking your driveway!
