You can go to http://www.vomund.com/tennis/ and there is a tennis ladder of players in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area. You have to be referred by a current member to join. You can tell them Rick Wells (4-4.5 player) referred you. Rick is my husband and he loves to play....... Feel free to reply if you want to play him and I'll forward it on to him and he'll contact you back directly.

Speaking of tennis...I've been trying to find a summer league for women to join because the local teams are already full. Is anyone interested in hitting the ball? I'm at the 3-3.5 level so am still fairly new to the sport but love it! Any soon to be empty nesters out there?

Hi,
My husband loves to play but has not been able to find a reliable tennis partner. We live in El Dorado Hills and I as well would love for him to get out and have some time to hit some balls after work or on weekends. His name is John. I will get him on the site. Thank you for posting this, I think it will be great for him.

I'm up for playing as well. If anyone is interested, send me an email. I'm available most evenings and often during the day, as well.

I too like to play. I am not very good though. Anyone who wants to play at a low level, please let me know.

I'm a casual tennis player. Meaning, 2 out 3 times I can probably return hit it when served; but also meaning I only play once or twice a year, but would like to play more often.
So anyway, how do you know what your level is?

I'm a 4.0/4.5 and the best way to get regular, competitive tennis is to join Broadstone Racquet Club. There are a ton of teams that are formed every season, the courts are great and there's a ton of tennis to be played.
