First, I'd say treat him like you would have if he'd grown up down the street. If you think his behavior warrants calling the cops, talking to his parents (or grandparents), do so. I certainly understand wanting to protect yourself and your property from him.
But school may be the only place he has good role models, or stability. Getting him kicked out of the district might solve your problem, but turn him into a bigger problem down the road.
Just something to think about.

THE CHILD CAN legally go to the school if they live there...PERIOD...Residency is established that's that...If they are just going to school and go home to another residence every nite that is fraudulent or maybe they have school choice...WHY DO U CARE WHAT OTHERS DO? What's wrong with ORangevale? God help u and give u the strength to help instead of hate!

OK let's start here: The punk "lives" there 5 days a week, is that his residence? Is it his residence if they tell you the reason he stays there is to go to school here?
Terrorize the kid? Do you read anything people write? The kid has set several fires on peoples doorsteps, WHO is doing the terrorizing? You need to get a clue. He's lucky I didn't knock him out when I caught him and the cops won't do a thing.
I didn't say anything was wrong with Orangevale, again your comprehension skills are lacking.
However, you certainly don't have an issue pointing out certain people's mis-deeds from a 30 second newsclip (as long as they aren't a *certain* type of people), calling news stations and Charity offices to complain to what end? Maybe YOU are the one who needs a life, a dog, and a lesson in tolerance. Merry Xmas AH.

Send the punk kid back to Del Paso Heights ...

I'm trying to arrange for him to stay with AH on the weekends since she has no problem with freeloaders, as long as they fit certain criteria.

If it is a school choice issue, I believe part of the agreement is that the kid must stay out of trouble.
I'd call the cops and the school and the grandmother.
If he really does live there 5 days a week, then he does live there and is entitled to go to the school.
I'd still call the cops and the granny though.

I can honestly say that if it werent for my kids, I would NOT live near an expensive area with HOA and best schools. I would take that saved $$ and travel and live in abn aprtment. Why would I care about school bonds "assessment", Property taxes and other CC&R and Meloo roos crap.
I guess I am a sucker and I have been sold a "dream" of great schools and I am paying extra for it. California consistently ranks in the bottom 10 in education even after the state lotterey funds, meloo roos + all the other taxes, so sometimes I wonder???
