Dear Crafters,
It is time to start planning the 2nd Annual Marina Village Holiday Craft Fair in El Dorado Hills! The event will be on Saturday, November 15th from 9 AM to 3 PM. We would love your participation at this event!
Polices for Marina Village Holiday Craft Fair
-No Smoking anywhere on school grounds.
-No pets are allowed unless they are service dogs.
-Booths will be 8 X 8 for $35, and 10 x 8 for $45 plus a donated item for the opportunity drawing.
-There will be an opportunity drawing with donations from vendors.
-Repeat booths will be kept to a minimum. We will only accommodate a max of 6 jewelry booths.
-All tables must have rubber leg caps so the floor isn’t damaged.
-We are planning (not guaranteed) to have a refreshment area selling drinks, snacks, and lunch items.
-Exhibitors will be able to start setting up at 7:00 AM the day of the event.
Planned Advertising for the Event
-Flyers in stores throughout El Dorado Hills and Folsom
-Flyers distributed to vendors to advertise.
-Newspaper ads in EDH newspaper
-Flyers will be sent home to parents throughout the Rescue Union School District as well as focused advertisement at Marina Village Middle School.
-Roadside signs in area leading up to and on the day of the event.
-The event will be advertised online at local news stations’ event calendars and the EDH Chamber of Commerce online Events Calendar.
