Tonight The Freshman Vista Del Lago Eagles played Casa Robles at Prairie City Stadium the 2nd of home games for them..

Casa led the game all the way through the 3rd quarter... In the last few minutes VDL scored a touchdown and field goal and few minutes later regained the ball had another touchdown and a two point conversion to win the the game... 15-14.. Way to go Freshman Eagles...

On to tomorrow night the JV and Varsity play at Prairie City Stadium beginning at 5:30 with JV and 7:30 for Varsity... Come out and watch your Folsom Vista Del Lago Eagles play....

I hope so. Last weeks debacle was not a good thing and not handled good on either side of the ball (hee hee) as I have learned through the week and lots of nasty grams going back and forth between both sides.. Bottom line this is a High School kids thing lets all respect one another going forwad and play some football

Vista JV does it again big WIN over Casa Roble 16-14 great game. Congratulations JV Eagles.

Well now for Varsity we lost 42-6 to Casa Roble WOW not sure what to say except Casa is really a great team they beat us up on all sides.. But thats ok we have 3 of the toughest schools in Northern Cali for our preseason gives our boys a chance to see full on Varsity teams....Way to go Eagles lets do it next week with Modesto Catholic.

Yes there was a landmark moment-- We won our first game as a VARSITY Football team

** PS sorry it took till today to post had issues all weekend with my computer and got to tired last night to post

Vista Del Lago varsity beat the Cordova Lancers 40-14, great game from what I heard I had to leave at the 2nd quarter to go to my younger ones game but I had texting going on the whole time. Trey Hairabedian had like 32 carries and over 150 yards.. GOOD Job Trey. Lots of other statistics I am sure I need to get some updates so if anyone has more stats (Yahbut??) help me out...

Anyways so proud of the boys they did a great job, they picked themselves up after the last four defeats we needed that.

I didn't get to see it I am bummed but heard my boy did a great job making the holes for Trey to run up through even had his name and # announced lots of times.. Big deal for him Centers don't usually get any press or name announcing so I am tickled...Max Preps was at the game and the pictures are up on their site and awesome...

JV lost 14-13 so close I believe they missed a field goal and then had it at the 1 yard line and fumbled again I missed it so don't quote me...

Friday night is our "up and coming" game against Ponderosa... Hope to see you all there...
