Hello everyone,

I just moved to Empire Ranch last week, and I have a question about the City of Folsom Utility bill. What is the average charges for water, sewer, green waste, recycle, solid waste etc ... a month at Empire Ranch?

Thank you.

I'm in ER and just got mine yesterday. It went up another dollar and is now $103.95.
Why is it different in different neighborhoods?

They use the trucks that don't leak hydraulic fluid in your neighborhood.

different surcharges

I think your water was purchased from a south bay allocation so it costs the city more for the water they send to ER versus the water they send to other parts of Folsom

There are phone numbers on the back of the bill for places to call to get answers to your billing questions.

there are also 2 sewer charges, one is the city's charge and the other is a pass thru charge from where the city pipes our sewage to the county for treatment.
I would rather be Backpacking

Parkways is right at 110/month. We pay a rediculous amount to So. Cal for water. Sucks. But we knew it when we moved in.

It's an apartment right? Doesn't the rent cover the rest of the fees? Or do they get some kind of volume discount?

No idea, it's possible. I guess you meant Broadstone neighborhood and not apartments?
