Hi,

We are looking for a good realtor, that specializes in short sales, bank repos, etc. We are looking in EDH or Folsom area. We need a 3bd 2ba for under 300k or less. I do not know if this even possible.
Any names of contacts would be great.

You should be able to get what you're looking for at a price under 300K. I know of one on Lembi in Folsom that's 270K and I would imagine there would be several throughout that neighborhood in that price range. I imagine you'd also be able to find such a home in EDH.

I highly recommend Cory Swint. He provided excellent service for our home purchase and has kept in touch long after escrow closed. He works very hard. His wife teams with him. He has a great personality and really listens to your concerns. He works for Sellsmart Advantage with offices in Folsom and Shingle Springs.
