Elusive Beijing Olympics Artist Cao Yong Makes a Rare Appearance

How does Folsom get an exclusive on so many world travelers, like Cao Yong?
It is because of the people who work so hard to bring these events here.

American Visions Gallery, Pacific Western Traders, Procissi Cellars, the History Museum, hopefully soon a Chinese Museum all do an amazing job of bringing talent here. Also, the Folsom Community Concert Association, the Folsom Symphony, Folsom Lake College and many others. Looking for some real culture, it is here!

If you have any interest in art at all, today is a great day to go down to Sutter Street, to see this artist, between 3pm and 8pm. His work is fantastic - check out the story in the link above.

I'll be there to interview him, hope to see you there.

I like the art, wish I was in town to go see it! Yay American Visions for getting talented artists in all the time. They still have a painting I fell in love with but they refuse to sell it to me for 1000% discount sad.gif

It was a great afternoon and evening. I have video and will work on it for a story late Monday afternoon. There was a painting I wanted too, "The Wall" , with the Tibetan Monks, in the story (link above) . Unfortunately, there was a zero too many on the end of the price. It was 10 times better up close than it was in the photo. sad.gif
