With 2009 here, one of the most common New Year resolutions is “to get in shape” and be healthier. For those who exercise….have you reached your goals? Did you come close to where you want to be, or are you far off? Have you seen improvements in your health? For those who don’t exercise…..what prevented you from getting to your goals? Was it discouragement and intimidation? Would you like to have a clear map of how to reach your health goals? Are you tired of paying more for quality personal training? Regardless of your goals and fitness level, I’m here to assist you.

Background:
*Ex-martial arts competitor/fighter for 11 years, with 20 years training experience in various martial arts styles (including boxing and kickboxing).
*Taught/trained people in martial arts for 11 years.
*12 years of weight training/bodybuilding experience.
*Currently a competitive drug-free bodybuilder – 3 years experience in 21 divisions total.
*Certified personal trainer under the American Council On Exercise (A.C.E.).
*Associate’s degree – Sports Medicine/Fitness Science.
*Bachelor’s Of Science – Kinesiology.
*Specializing in general health/fitness, toning/body sculpting, martial arts/boxing conditioning, sport performance/sport specific training, core training, Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, nutrition/anatomy/physiology/biomechanics.

My rates are much less compared to most trainers out there, despite my experience. With the current economy, I understand the financial hardships, so I allow 2 options of installment plans if you choose:

Option A – 2 installments (half of the total on or before 1st session, and the other half of the total mid-way of the training).
Option B – 3 installments (an installment due at the 1st of each month).

I hold my training over a 3-month period because I think and feel that results will begin to arise. 3 months is the minimum provided that the client not only does their work in the gym, but outside of the gym as well i.e. nutrition, proper rest, etc. Here are my packages, with a 12-session minimum commitment:

Packages
**Hybrid Location: Held @ client's home and, weather/temperature permitting, outside (football field/track)- I do this because gyms will not allow me to train people independently on their premises. I have ALL the necessary equipment, good to top quality.**
12 sessions – Meet once a week: $300 ($25 a session).
28 sessions – Meet twice a week: $600 ($22 a session).
*Includes 30min. phone consultation (once a week), nutrition consultation, and e-mail articles.

Phone/e-mail consultation for 30 minutes (for those who have a basic understanding, but prefer more assistance and advice) –
1 session - $35
4 sessions - $100

If interested, please reply to this and I will give further information and direct contact information. Thank you.

-Chris
