Job relocation from Arizona to Sacramento; family of three (w/ 2 cats) seeks 3 bdrm, 2 ba rental with 2 or more car garage and fenced backyard for 1 yr+ lease OK.

Ideally they want a newer or completely remodeled home in the Eureka School District.

They can also incorporate care taking, landscaping, pool maintenance and/or house sitting, if applicable, as they have excellent house sitting, business and personal references and still own a home in Arizona.
