I have been a great customer of them since they opened. i can say I have had no bad luck or food as so many people in this forum have said.
I asked a friend the other day he said he too loves the place. I was wondering if just maybe the old young people of folsom, who have lived here for generations are just not opened to great food. It seems as if your attacking a place who has a great reputaion and has new owners since 2007. well I still will recommend this place as I have the money and do enjoy the new look of Granitos.
Well for a new resident of Folsom, I would like to make the record straight. I enjoy the Granitos Italian Restaraunt and recommend it to all my friends and Neighbors. For all those apposed to change and great food, In and out is opening soon. Go eat your burgers.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not opposed to change or to great food. Too bad you likely never had a chance to enjoy Goodfellas. If you ever have a catering need, you may want to give them a try.
While I haven't tried Granito's in Folsom, I tried it in Granite Bay and was unimpressed for the price. And a local friend, one whose judgement I trust, has tried the local Granitos and he wasn't impressed either. I love garlic, but it would be nice if they actually had their menu on their website.
I may give them a try, if someday I see something special on their menu that entices me to try it.

Came to the same conclusion. Also, I resent being drawn into the thread under the guise of a poster seeking out suggestions on where to eat; in reality the purpose of the thread is to promote Granito's.
