Nordstroms Comes To Folsom

Nordstrom to Open in Folsom, California
SEATTLE, April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN), a leading fashion specialty retailer, announced it will open a 30,000-square-foot Nordstrom, at the now closed Circuit City property in Folsom California spring 2009.

"Folsom is an exceptional fashion market, with an expansive mix of retail tenants and restaurant offerings nearby," said Scott Meden, president of Nordstrom. "We are fortunate to have many loyal customers in the Folsom area, and we're excited to be able to offer them a new Nordstrom."

This will be the retailer's third Nordstrom in greater Sacramento area.
Nordstrom, Inc. is one of the nation's leading fashion specialty retailers, with 172 stores located in 28 states. Founded in 1901 as a shoe store in Seattle, today Nordstrom operates 110 full-line stores, 58 Nordstrom Racks, two Jeffrey boutiques and two clearance stores. Nordstrom also serves customers through its online presence at www.nordstrom.com and through its catalogs. Nordstrom, Inc. is publicly traded on the NYSE under the symbol JWN.

woops, my hubby LAJ ould definitely not consider Nordies the answer to his prayers! More like a nightmare! That will teach me to check my log-in!

My company is sooo PC today that you cannot do these anymore. Sorry to the Folsom soccer mom's but someone had to be my "victims" today.
