We won't be in attendance until our kids are old enough to take care of themselves, so we'll see you in 16 more years...put us down for 2 on November 5th, 2020... biggrin.gif

But enough about attendance... lets talk about Pizza....

Have any of you ever been lucky enough to have Singa's pizza (spicy pizza) a NYC delicacy.... ahh.... that has got to be the best pizza I've ever had in my life!

What's the best pizza you've ever had and where did you have it?

Come on....think back... what was your best pizza, or pizza experience ever.....?

So you have a discerning palate for rice, but not for pizza? Come on now, I'm sure you've had soggy pizza at some point, or pizza that was too doughy, burnt, too thick, too much cheese or not enough, too much sauce or funny tasting sauce, etc...

Angelo's on Main St in Flushing NY. I still go back there when in NYC.

Angelo's yum.... is that place still there? Next time you go back you have to try Singa's pizza - if you like spicy food, you'll love Singa's....

The Northeastern part of the country has the best Italian foods, due to the high number of Italian Americans.

they are but the store is so much smaller than it used to be. We took our kids there and they loved the pizza. The guys working the counter even recognized me. it was like being in a time warp. My life is like a time warp......

where is Singa's?

I do miss Uno's in FH though. They had the best pizza skins in the world.

If you like NY cheesecake, you gotta head to Dominick's on Folsom Auburn near Douglas. It is the best one in Sacramento IMHO.

Okay everyone. If you want real Italian food go to Dominick's Italina Merket and Deli on Folsom Auburn.

He is a Folsom resident and is from back East. His foods are wonderful.

There's a couple of Singa's Pizza (and a few imitators)... one is in Jackson Heights, on Broadway; the other is on Northern Boulevard inside Pathmark. The one in Jackson Heights is much more popular, but the taste is the same. Makes me wonder if I can call in a large order and have it shipped to me... biggrin.gif

Anyone here from Chicago? They have some pretty good pizza there as well....
