I thought it was Light Rail
Apparently, there was some road work in the way yesterday.
They came back this morning - of course my bin was not at the curb since I wasn't expecting a make-up run. Some neighbors heard the truck early enough to get theirs out.
I called the city and they are sending the truck back later.

Now see, if you would have called last night, and left a message that your can wasn't dumped and that you would leave it out to be dumped today, you would have been all hunky dory

Nah. I wouldn't have left my bin out without knowing for sure that they would be by. All is hunky dory at this point
