Is it news? Fair game? A smear?
"Miss California wanted to be in the public eye—now the public is getting an eyeful of Miss California.
The first of a reputed six racy photos of Carrie Prejean, donning little more than her traditional family values, leaked online yesterday and immediately sparked a new round of calls for the already controversial beauty queen to be stripped of her tiara.
The photo—showing a topless, pink-underpants-wearing Prejean with her arm strategically placed—first appeared on TheDirty.com before making its way around the web. While only the single photo has been released, the site says there are five more, at least one of which is rumored to show Prejean completely nude.
The photo could affect her status as Miss California—Prejean's contract with the organization prohibits her from being "photographed in a state of partial or total nudity."

Apparently the Miss California organization paid for breast implants for her. I guess God is infallible... except when he accidentally gives a woman the wrong size breasts.

What on earth are you talking about? She has an opinion - one shared by Obama as a matter of fact. There's nothing holier-than-thou about believing in traditional marriage.
Jeez...she's a beauty contestant and a model...just try to keep that in mind.
I think those pictures are hardly scandelous. It's just the way the left reacts when someone displeases them (Remember Joe the Plumber? Sarah Palin?)

News, NO, Fair Game, Yes
Any woman that has posed nude and then afterwards chooses to lie on her application to be in a beauty pageant as to whether she has ever posed nude before, gets what she deserves when she's caught.
Do I think the rule is stupid, yes, but I'm not running the pageant. When you knowingly violate the rules, ya get what's coming to ya when ya get caught.

Please don't turn this into a left vs. right issue. It is not.
I don't recall any nude photos of Joe the Plumber or Sarah Palin, and Miss California wasn't running for public office.
Many notable women have been lambasted for taking nude photos, and several beauty queens have lost their crowns because of them, including Vanessa Williams, Tara Conner and Katie Rees.
It has nothing to do with left vs. right. I think it has more to do with human nature.

Oh, none of these people have displeased me, I assure you!!!
In fact I took great glee in Sarah Palin and Joe the Plumber. I can't wait till Sarah runs for office again.
I was almost as pleased to learn that Ms. (oops, I mean "Miss") California has become an official spokesperson for an anti-gay marriage group. They're already on the waning edge of history (witness Mass., Conn., NH, NY, Me., and Iowa) and now *she's* the best spokesperson they can come up with?
Believe me, we libs couldn't make up stuff as good as this!
