That was nice of you to offer to donate your books. smile.gif

I wonder where they stand with the Fun-raiser.

I believe they'll be at tomorrow night's TNM as well (the last one). Last week they were across from the Folsom Hotel (by the Hacienda parking lot). Be sure to stop by!!!

They made their goal! In fact my daughter was on the 6:00 news 3, one of the kids in the library! Great story newsablaze.

Woohoo! So the books won't be sitting at Sutter unused this year?

The Channel 13 news story was saying that ALL the libraries were going to close next week.

I wonder how this affects the joint library at Vista Del Lago as far as open hours.

So the new headline on the forum says ALL 28 libraries will be closed, but I'm also hearing that Sutter PTA raised enough money to keep their library open. I'm confused. Is the library at Sutter staying open?

If the library at Vista Del Lago is operated jointly with the city, does that library's hours will change?

Edit: Nevermind. According to Sutter's Web site the library is saved.
