You cleaned our carpets this summer and we were very pleased. We're needing a big job done soon at a new location. I've emailed and my husband has left a phone message or two, but we have not heard back. Please let me know how to get in contact with you if you are still in business.

I'm very sorry we hadn't got back to you. We have had alot to deal with over the past few days and it was my intention to have this posted earlier in the week and get back to all our emails. Things just didn't work out as planned. I'm very sorry but would also like to thank you for the kind words. I guess I'll post this message here instead of starting a whole new thread:

Effective immediately JB Carpet Crew is no longer in business.

I apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused some this week. We have had alot going on the past few days and we were unable to return everyones calls or emails promptly (family health issues etc).

Over the next two months I will be moving into my new position as a studio manager for Karen Marie Taylor of Belly Beautiful Portraits and Starlet Photography. I've been working with Karen for almost a year now and I'm very fortunate to be able to work with such a talented and fast rising artist. Working with her is now going to demand my full time attention so I will no longer be able to continue carpet cleaning.

Bret has also accepted a higher position for a company he's been working with for a while. He as well, won't have the time to continue on managing the carpet cleaning business.

Again I'd like to say thanks to the people of this forum for their referrals and reviews that not only brought us alot of business but also gave us a nice feeling knowing that we had been doing a great job.

Once I get the information I'll post the company that we will be referring our customers too.

Otherwise if don't require steam cleaning I'm sure Ron Davis of this forum will be happy to work with you.

Thank you for the explanation. While I'm extremely disappointed we can't use your services, I wish you luck in your new endeavors. Any referrals for steam cleaning (not bonnet cleaning) is greatly appreciated. Especially an outfit that is experienced with pet odors (no urine that we know of, but better to be safe than sorry).

OH, I am so sad to hear this. I was just thinking today of calling you to come out and do our couches and carpets. You guys were absolutely the best and your prices were very good! I wish you both the best of luck but now I don't know where to go. Please tell us who you are referring to.

I wanted to let you know that there is a highly reputable carpet cleaning company that is local to Folsom called Heaven's Best. They offer both truck mounted steam cleaning and Low-moisture cleaning. They have been in business for almost 10 years and advertise on this site. Very resonable and honest rates. You can check out their website at heavensbest.com or call them at 987-8368.

We ended up using A-Advanced Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning recommended in another thread on this site. They were very timely and accommodating and did what it took to take care of the problems (very soiled carpets, lots of dog fur, and dog urine stench).

Thanks to A-Advanced we hope to be all moved in this weekend! smile.gif
