Who Are Your Picks For This Weekend?

Baltimore Ravens
New Orlean Saints
New York Jets
Minnesota Vikings
these are based on my analysis of the stats from the regular season.
I looked at ranking of the offense and defense
I also looked at total touchdowns scored and total touchdowns given up
I looked at point spread given by one website & I found I am 50/50 with their picks.
My gut says Dallas will win, but my numbers say the Vikings will win and they do have home field advantage, but Dallas is on a winning streak. This game does have the lowest point spread.
If you disagree with my picks, please tell me why, I'm open to hearing what others think.

Indianapolis over Baltimore
Minnesota over Dallas
San Diego over New York Jets
No particular reason. Just my picks.
I do think that Dallas could beat Minnesota though.

That's cool, maybe a I should point out, I'm not picking who I want to win, I'm trying to pick who I think will win. It's all about winning the football pool.
If I was picking who I want to win, then I would change two of my picks for Arizona and San Diego.

Is that who you want, or who you predict will win?
If the later, care to offer why you picked them?

I like John's picks, but think the Vikings-Cowboys game might be a closer call...
For comparison' sake, what were your picks for this past weekend? By the way I haven't looked for a thread on it yet. I despised having to root for the impotent Pats after picking them in my pool... I went 2 for 4, also missing the Packers pick.

I came out 50/50, but I only used the team rankings for offense and defense and didn't use any other stat. My picks were:
NY Jets
Dallas Cowboys
New England Patriots
Green Bay Packers
I was right on Saturday and wrong on Sunday.
Can you say why you like John's picks?

Indianapolis over Baltimore -- the Colts are strong and I don't like the Ravens
Dallas over Minnesota -- Dallas is on a winning run and Minnesota is half the team they were earlier in the year
San Diego over New York Jets --San Diego is the sleeper team of the playoffs IMO

Saints over Cards - because there was really no defense by the cards, as CW68 just wrote, because my Niners beat them twice, and because of the Saint's record, until they gave up at the end of the season.
Minnesota over Dallas - Minnesota won every home game this season, except for their final pre-season game against Dallas. Guess it was a gut feeling pushing me in this direction. I will give some playoff experience cred to the old man in Minnesota, and I couldn't stand rooting for the Cowboys for the first time in my life.
Indy over Baltimore - Payton Manning could best pick apart the Raven defense, however, the Niners showed how possible it is for a defense to foul-up Manning's timing with last minute audibles.
I've not followed them since that earlier game, so I'm wondering if other teams tried to take advantage of the same tactic-and how the Colts adjusted to it. Indy only lost their first pre-season and final regular season home games with Manning sitting out the 2nd half of the latter.
San Diego

That was good, I got talked into changing my jets pick for the chargers, boo hoo, would have been 3 outta 4 but ended up 2 out of 4.
but I'm glad the Cowboys lost, never liked them, never will.
