Isn't spam one of it's own meat groups?

I think SPAM and SizzleLean need their own category.
In the words of Weird Al Yankovic, "Spam in the back of my car, Spam anywhere that you are".

I'm sorry not so little doggie, but Spam is Ham, a cured pork product.

We have chicken a few times a week and various types of Turkey sausage at least weekly.
For Pizza we always use Turkey sausage ( casing removed ) instead of hamburger.
I would like to have more REAL Turkey.
I would like to say Duck and Game Hens - but duck has too much fat and game hens are too much work for so little meat.
Love to have Ocean sustainable Fish as well as shrimp.
Another great day in the adventure of exploration and sight.

I typically cook up one turkey during the summer so I can get another fix in instead of just Thanksgiving and Xmas.
I also typically get a turkey drumstick at the State Fair to eat, and one when I'm at the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz.
I also typically make 747's a couple of times a year, 747's is a recipe from a chicken wing cooking book I have that specifies using turkey wings (hence the jumbojet name 747's).
Note, I tried googling to find the recipe online but it wasn't there.

I got a meat grinder attachment for my kitchen aid mixer for xmas and the first thing I made with it was ground turkey, made up some burgers out of it all and man, they were good, very tasty and lean.
I completely agree with you about turkey being better, we even use turkey pepperoni when we make home made pizza's

I only use turkey pepperoni for pizzas as well. It's delicious and doesn't have the grease of regular pepperoni.
I bought a few extra fresh turkeys this year and have them in the freezer. Can't wait to roast one again.
