The homes next to Blue Ravine and Parkway Drive . I believe those homes were build by Elliot homes. We are looking into buying a home on Blueberry on Blueberry circle. Would love any information on the area and the homes. Thanks so much !

Is it Blackberry Circle, in the old Parkway, off Willow Bend? If so, the home builder was called Destinations, I'm pretty sure. It was a Parker builder (William Parker, I think). He was the developer for the Parkway and Serrano. Our first home was a few streets over on Grey Fox and we bought our house in March of 1998, so Blackberry circle was probably built a few months before then.

You can go to Zillow.com and find Blackberry Circle, and then click on each home / address and see when it was built.

The street is Blackberry Circle and I know someone who lives on that street. I think
their house was built in 1997 by Parker Homes. Not Centex and definitely not an
Elliott. The houses were well made with upgrades above par to the typical basic
contruction type Elliott home. It is a nice and a quiet neighborhood tucked in the circle loop off Willow Bend. There is a mixture of residents meaning a lot of adults and some but not many families with small children. The nearby trail surrounding the pond is a
real treat as the path connects to miles of pathways throughout the Parkway, duck ponds and beyond.

If it is families with children you are looking for....travel further down Willowbend into the Parkways II portion. Those are made by Centex and John Laing (sp?). Somewhat bigger lots too. Not much bigger, but a little bigger.
