Hard Rock Cafe Closing...

Late March, Hard Rock Cafe Sacramento will close its doors. I'm sad to see this, as it was kind of an experiment in a "small" city. I must admit I'm surprised it's lasted this long, given the K St area's woes. I wouldn't be surprised however to see it come back near a new arena if we ever get one downtown somewhere.

Thats really sad. Hard rock is one of my favs and got alot of memories there...

Crap location and too small in comparison to the nice hardrocks though. I always felt it would be doomed but I didn't think it would last this long.

yeah I think it would do fine if it were in Old Sac - more suitable for tourists. If we get an arena, anywhere by there would work too.

yes, lots of better places other the the crappy k street mall. especially all hidden as it is... tourists have no idea it exists...
