Hi-
We'll be relocating to Folsom in the next couple of months & are looking for a real estate agent. Any recommendations for either an agent or real estate company?
Thanks

I know you are looking for a home, we are selling ours right now with (Stevethedad) That's his screen name on here, anyway he is well known on this forum. Honestly probably the most professional, bend over backwards individual I've done business with. Even before I agreed to work with him, he spent literally hours on the phone us, came over and consulted with us to make sure we understood the entire process. I probably took way more time than I should of his. Anyway I highly recommend his services and he is a Folsom expert which should help if you are not familiar with the area.

Ryan - Thanks so much for the kind words. And no, you didn't take up more time than you should have. Buying or selling a home is no small task, and you were right to take your time in making your decision.

Bowmanta - There are many fine agents here in Folsom, and I am happy to be considered one of them. As Ryan said, I work hard for my clients and do my best to get them what they need when they need it. I'll be happy to consult with you and get you headed in the right direction.

Please email me at steve@theheardgroup.com or give me a call. In the mean time, you can get an idea of what's available by going to my website www.theheardgroup.com

I have been a Folsom resident for some time and always just read the posts on this site, but your inquiry motivated me to get an account to post a response.

I can't agree more with Pool Runner. My husband and I bought our first home about 2 years ago. We were at a complete loss for how to select an agent and came across Steve Heard's name on this very site. Steve was super. He was patient, helpful and not pushy at all. Also, he is an active member of the Folsom community which made me even more comfortable with our decision to go with him. The process was smooth and Steve explained every step to us with this being our first purchase. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Can't speak to his real estate skills but I'm happy to consider Steve a friend and would recommend him as a great person!

John Leonardi is a fantastic agent. I have worked with him several times and he is very conscientious and dedicated to his clients. He has always gone the extra mile and I highly recommend him. His website is: http://johnleonardi.com

I highly recommend interviewing several agents to see who the best fit for you and your situation might be. One agent might work well with one person and not so well with another. "Interview" the agent to see if his/her style will work with your needs and expectations.

Good Luck and welcome to the area - we love Folsom and are very proud to call it home!

We highly recommend Stevethedad. He was our Realtor back in Dec when we were house hunting for my inlaws. He was quick to return our phonecalls, I mean in minutes! If we wanted to see a home he was able to set up a showing in minutes. He knows the history of every area in Folsom along with the comps for home sales. We would never consider anyone but Steve Heard.

Another recommendation for Steve. He sold our house in November and helped us get into our new home in December. Great job, Steve!
