We stopped by and peeked in the window yesterday after partaking in Big Spoon. It looks VERY cool. My husband is looking foward to going up there and watching games. Do you know if you will be able to show the Raiders games when they are blacked out on regular tv?

Just drove by there waiting for my wife in Raleys. All the tv's are running, looks like they are opening alot sooner then that? Am I wrong?
I'm trying to figure out what crowd the place is geared towards. I'm hoping more like a mini espn zone where its mainly restaurant but is famous for its alcohol. I'm all for that and would be a regular no-doubt.
If its more like a bar, bar, and will have a crowd like streets of london then I'll give it a pass as its not really my thing.
Would families be going there or adults only?
What beers on tap? Deshutes? Widmer?
Any answers out there : )

I just noticed that place the other day. What a weird place for a bar in the middle of a residential area. All the nightlife in Folsom is down Sutter Street. Seems like this place is an orphan. In my younger days when we used to go out we would want to hit an area with bars and clubs within walking distance of each other and not drive all over town.
I just finished installing the last of my home theater this weekend. I can watch all the games with better high end picture and sound than you will ever get in a bar, in the comfort of my own home and drink for 1/3 of the price and never have to worry about getting on the road after a couple drinks. With all the NFL, NBA, MLB packages you don't have to go to bars to catch your favorite team. Unless like mentioned its the Raiders, but until they turn things around you aren't missing much.

I wouldn't call it 'in the middle of a residential area'. It's in a shopping center that has 2 other bars; Mexquite and Back Wine Bar.
Yes, watching at home is cheaper, the service is better, and there's no line for the bathroom, but I do like watching an occasional game with friends at a Sports Bar. We had some great times doing so at Folsom Lake Bowl last year.
This will be the 3rd ownership change over there. I hope these guys can make it work. I hate to see people invest their money and then lose out.

Oh, so you're not in the real estate business anymore? hahahahaha, I kid because I love.

Sports Garage will be a big hit. We have no really good, upscale Sports Bar in town. Mark's is ok but waaay too small and the regulars park at the bar so you can't get a seat when something really good is on.
