There are evil people all around us.
I speak truth. Don't ignore reality, folks.

Definitely stupid.

Everyone involved in this one---

well, except the dog.

whom, upon 2nd glance, may actually be a rat, or a bat, definitely not a cat. Can't be a dog, it's 2 feet too short.
Look at that nose, perhaps it's an engineered hybrid-part bat and rat....for short we can call it a brat!!!!

Well, anyway....at least it got back to where it belongs..inside a home that adores those little brats smile.gif

Thanks goodness there was a happy ending for the owner and dog.

I'm glad the FPD took it seriously enough to put that guy in jail. What kind of cruel person would do that? Absolutely disgusting.

Fortunately I have not found what SmartMoney says -- "There are evil people all around us" -- to be true. The vast majority of people are decent and kind. Makes it all the more shocking when you run into someone like this who has no heart and no conscience.

I couldn't have said that better myself. smile.gif

There's definitely more nice (or at least not outwardly bad) people in the world, it's just sadly true that negative things are newsworthy so we hear about them more. It sounds like they were willing to do anything just to get a few bucks no matter who they hurt, I'm just glad they didn't get away with it. I'm not sure if they're quite evil, but definitely scummy and cold blooded.

A VETERAN Whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount "up to and including their life". That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it. -Author unknown-

The alleged suspects will hear the victim's name throughout the trial and at the end, they will be offered a copy of their court minutes listing every word/name uttered during the trial.

It is sad what people will stoop to in order to get some money. Glad the dog was reunited with it's owner. Also happy to see the Folsom PD protecting our citizens.
