I was thinking the same thing.

Probably typical of real fast sell-outs ??

My husband and I went and had a great time. We had to leave at the 2nd encore, while they were playing "Rocky Mountain Way". Could anyone tell me how much longer the concert went on, and what they played? Thanks
I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

I took my father as an early Father's day gift. It was an awesome concert! I loved how they mentioned it was their "Assisted Living Tour"!! We left at 11:30 thinking it was over but as we were walking out the final encore started up. After the second break the songs I remember names of were "life in the fast lane", Don Henly's song "dirty laundry" and quite a few other of their oldies but goodies. Overall, I was very glad I able to attend. Plus is was a sold out show!

I'm more into Henley's solo stuff (more pop I guess) and "Boys of Summer" is one of my alltime favorite 80s songs, but the band's got some classics I like too - glad to hear they still put on a good show.

I mean classic rock still isn't totally dead if guys like them and Fleetwood Mac and Aerosmith are still touring. smile.gif

He did sing Boys of Summer. One of my favorites too.
I was surprized at how old the audience was. (Although I should not have been.)
All the canes... My husband and I joked that they needed a line of ambulances at each exit.
It was my first time to see them in concert. I have just been to see Don. I looved their harmonizing.
