I think that many of us use Netflix, and therefore have access to their streaming selections. I just watched "I Like Killing Flies" a 2004 documentary of a hole in the wall restaurant in Greenwich Village, and it made me think of us.
The restaurant's owner's philosophy towards customer service would in no way fly in California. I found it quite refreshing. If you are the least bit interested in the restaurant biz, or enjoy the NY slice-of-life culture, I think you will find this documentary very pleasing. This man's outlook on the world is inspiring in a down to earth, gritty way.
(There is a fair amount of foul language, but otherwise suitable for all ages)

Edit: I just now learned he's the guy the "soup nazi" is based on. It all makes sense now.
Edit 2: I was fooled. He is not the inspiration for the soup nazi, but he certainly could have been.
