"In emotional and personal testimony, an ex-Justice official who quit over the handling of a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party accused his former employer of instructing attorneys in the civil rights division to ignore cases that involve black defendants and white victims.
J. Christian Adams, testifying Tuesday before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, said that "over and over and over again," the department showed "hostility" toward those cases. He described the Black Panther case as one example of that -- he defended the legitimacy of the suit and said his "blood boiled" when he heard a Justice official claim the case wasn't solid.
"It is false," Adams said of the claim.
"We abetted wrongdoing and abandoned law-abiding citizens," he later testified.
The department abandoned the New Black Panther case last year. It stemmed from an incident on Election Day in 2008 in Philadelphia, where members of the party were videotaped in front of a polling place, dressed in military-style uniforms and allegedly hurling racial slurs while one brandished a night stick."

Racism works both ways....
Oh no.....you must be mistaken! Racism is ONLY by us hateful white people who don't want anyone of color to get a break. (sic)
Well, I bet many Americans are having their eyes opened right now. What we are experiencing right now is under the leadership of a black president, who has chosen to act and react in ways that are sending us a very clear message. And that message isn't very fair or nice to those who are white, or those who want this country to remain as our forefathers wrote in the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence.
The message is, Obama wants to destroy this country and what it stands for!
The message is, it's OK for illegal aliens to come into this country and get free tax paid services and sell their drugs and rape and kill others.
The message is, it's alright for black gangs to intimidate white voters by standing in front of voting places, dressed in militant garb, holding clubs and calling whites who approach, "White Crackers".
The message is, it's alright for cities to declare they are "Sanctuary Cities" who won't enforce federal illegal immigration laws.
The message is, it's alright to 'Spread the Wealth" and give it to those who won't get off the couch and get educated or get a job.
The message is, it's alright to bow to communist leaders and chose to spend millions in Nasa funds to embrace the Muslim community.
And it goes on, and on and on. It's sickening and Americans are probably asking themselves right now, how much more of this crap they are going to take. I know I AM!

I guess the behavior of the New Black Panthers is just fine with Obama. He has been suspiciously silent about this case and it really points to his bias about what is right and wrong, depending on who is involved. Also, it is clear there is a bias of the black director of the justice department.
If the case was about white men standing in front of a voting place, wearing military garb and carrying clubs, yelling racist remarks at black people...there would be no end to the news media reporting on it. And there would be outrage by Obama, and rightfully so.
There is such an obvious bias and prejudice here, it's earth shaking!

Why is Holder bitching about border racial profiling when he just let two of the biggest racists I've ever seen in my life get off totally free??

One can only assume that the DOJ is only concerned with the racial prejudice against those with colored skin. Why else are they so blind and have such tunnel vision?

I am a bit surprised at your arguments - how did Obama make it a big deal? He was asked about a close personal friend's arrest - a Harvard professor - and stupidly enough, he let his personal feelings out in his response.
What we have here is a case of two black nutjobs with a stick at polling booth. How many white nutjobs have showed up - with guns - at Obama's gatherings?

Sorry, to try and compare the nut jobs at the polling place to those nuts with guns who show up at other places is just pathetic.
IT'S A POLLING PLACE! Meaning.... people's civil rights are being taken when they are kept from VOTING!!!!

Well hello...I know the legalese standpoint...
I also understand that shooting animals for hunting is OK but engaging in dogfight is not...
But, comparing sticks to guns and saying sticks is more dangerous 'coz it is not protected by 2nd amendment.
I find it weird.

Way to back and apologize for a real winner...
This is the man you are defending...the one with the weapon outside a polling booth, the one who advocates killing white babies...calls white women whores and white people crackers... the one who promotes violent revolution...
can be seen in action
HERE
And here he is talking about some "weak charge" after the charges were dropped
Asshat on...himself
