This is our leadership? He and Pelosi have GOT to go...

When you go to the unemployment office there's many U.S. citizens who are unemployed construction workers and they don't have jobs because right now, some of those construction companies find it easier to hire undocumented workers," said Reporter Nathan Baca.

"I think that any information you have in that regard is absolutely without foundation," responded Reid.

But a Pew Hispanic Center study shows 17-percent of all construction workers are in the United States illegally. Reid says not in Nevada. "That may be some place, but it's not here in Nevada."

But their latest 2009 numbers show Nevada is the state with the highest percentage of "unauthorized immigrants" in the labor force.

The same old deny, deny, deny game they have been playing for decades.......only proves that they think they can fool us and pretend a problem does not exist, when it clearly does.

Let's face it, once again...the Dems have to have voters and they think only in terms of them getting reelected, rather than what is good for the citizens of this country.

Reid Pelosi and Obama are beyond despicable! They are traitors and should be forcibly removed from office!

Why is a completely ignorant, oblivious to reality, person like this even allowed to hold a public position?

This is shameful and this is a total scam. I can only assume Harry Reid owns a construction company in Nevada that is benefiting from cheap illegal worker wages.

This guy should be tarred and feathered and run out of office - this is a total sham and a complete embarrassment that our leaders are this; 1) stupid 2) idiotic 3) oblivious to reality 4) hate Americans because he'd rather their jobs go to illegals 5) takes advantage of illegals and encourages illegal immigration so he can financially benefit from their usage.

This guy needs to be removed from office immediately!

I can't see how anyone in their right mind would support this guy, I wonder what his supporters are thinking about now? or maybe they're oblivious to reality too?

Unfortunately people do this all over the country, ignore their candidates intentional lies and misleading statements and their voting record on issues even when those votes are against the supporters views.

Politicians know that the majority of the people vote based upon emotion. A persons style, Gender, Ethnic makeup or Party affliation carry far more weight at the voting booth, than actual results of their votes.

If you need any validation of what I'm saying, just look at our own City Council!

Sadly, you are right.

I think we are doing things all backwards. In so many instances people have to prove their worthiness by taking a test, as when getting a drivers license, or having a degree, in order to get a job. But when it comes to running for office, they need not do anything to prove they are even mentally or emotionally fit. For all we know Harry Reid has some mental problems along with Pelosi and Obama! What do WE know? Nothing!
Oh sure, they may have their physical testing made public so we know they have a heart beat, but how they apply logic and reasoning, or what they base their ideas on, we know nothing. They can lie through their teeth about what they will do and about their position on this or that, then turn around and do just the opposite once they are in office. And we are helpless do make them accountable, except if they want to be re-elected.

And then there are the stupid voters, When I asked some women I know why they wanted to vote for Bill Clinton, back in his hay day, I was shocked to see they had no reason at all, except that he was cute! What the H*LL???? Then there are those who vote by party only. That's nice.

So yeah, we have a very big problem on both sides. People who shouldn't be allowed to run for office and maybe people so dumb, they shouldn't be allowed to vote. There, I said it!

The ignorant and uneducated are out numbering us. Yes, I know this sounds arrogant of me, but I do not base whom I will vote for on what the person looks like or how charming they are. wacko.gif
