Anyone as hooked on this show as I am?

Good news for folks wanting to catch up: starting next week, they are going on a mid-season hiatus to catch up viewers with all the episodes until January, I believe...

...however that is bad news for those of us who got stuck on the cliffhanger!!!

I love this show!! It definitely leaves me coming back for more week after week. I'm somewhat happy they're showing the first episode again--it gives me a chance to look for more hidden clues within the episode!!!

When will Wednesday come . . . ?

The last couple of episodes have me hanging on the edge of my seat. I expected it would get more blah as time went on -- still on the island, still feuding amongst themselves . . . It has taken some interesting turns of late, though, and I'm anxious to see where it goes next.

How many people thought the kid (from LOTR) was going to actually die last night? After the 1st attempt to revive him (from being dead....how long?), we figured "wow, this show is willing to kill off one of it's main characters!...what guts!

Then, they had to go the maudlin route and miraculously bring him back....with apparently no brain damage! How convenient.

Otherwise, the show has been awesome. Locke is one mysterious dude!

Somehow they'll turn his ability to overcome death into some twisted plot. They haven't let us down yet!!

What are everyone's thoughts as to what is really going on? Purgatory? Locke is one of "THEM"?

I think the hiatus stinks!! WANT MORE......NEED MORE!!!! eek.gif

Supposedly one of the main characters WILL in fact die by the end of the season.

Did anyone else think that Ethan, or whatever his name was, had almost superhuman strength? I mean, I know Jack was tired, but seriously the guy seemed straight out of Terminator 2!!

I love the idea that everyone seems to have had some life altering event just prior to getting on the plane. Too many for it to be coincidence.....leads me to believe this is some "alternate reality" that they all were led into.

Ethan's story is still to be revealed as you know. I think there may have been a clue when it was mentioned by the "blond bad guy"...the one who was tortured, that perhaps the person just gave a false name when asked.....could be that Ethan is really part of the passengers and we just haven't heard his story.

How does that fit in with the fact that he threatened to kill one of them if Jack didn't stop following? A possible hole in the logic....or was Jack delusional?

Who remembers what the French lady said about her son?

they already did that - he was the swindler who decided to back out of the deal when he saw the little boy, having a flashback to his childhood?

I think Jack was pissed because he had this pent up energy about his father, this is why he didn't stop. Plus I think it's convenient Jack hasn't told anyone about this.

What does everyone think is the metal object at the cliffhanger?

PS - Chad, they start next week (next Wednesday on catching everyone up)

That wasn't Ethan. I think that was bad blonde guy.

I enjoyed it until the most recent episode. Now they're bringing people back from the dead without brain damage. I guess noone on the island will die as long as Jack is around.

As Hollywood often does, they're going to take a good show and start turning it into junk.
