In 2000, I went to a Folsom Real Estate Roundtable
It must have been good because I bought my house in Historic Folsom a few months later.
They helped us get into the home we wanted, even though we had no credit rating and no deposit here.
(we owned real estate and had great credit rating in Australia and a good job here, and they helped
guide us. We've really enjoyed being in the Historic District!
Now they are holding another roundtable. If you don't know the ins and out of busing and selling
a home in the current market, this is a worthwhile thing to do. This of course is their way to market
their services, but there is no obligation as far as I know - they were never pushy, but we knew,
after meeting Charley, that she knew what she was doing and we could trust her to act on our behalf.
(In case you are wondering, I'm not making any money on this)
