Holiday lights? Seriously? They're Christmas lights. Still, sounds like a cool thing.

This sounds fun! I totally would like to do this. I am curious does it cost $ to adopt a tree?

No it doesn't, but you do have to provide your own lights. There are restrictions to on how you can decorate for obvious reasons, led lights only, for example.
