We are currently looking at buying our first house. We have looked at couple of houses in Folsom. Last week, we looked at a house near Holyann Drive (Inwood road off Folsom-Auburn Road). We like the house, and just wanted to see if anyone here has some insight about this area, like safety, neighborhood etc. Any place where we can check out more information about the neighborhood.

Hi, this is a family friendly little neighborhood very near the local school. It has a great reputation. Lots of families, very safe. It is next to the Mobile HOme park as you can see but it seems to be a fairly quiet place. Lots of elderly people. The school is small and has a good reputation and a "village" atmosphere. People love it. A-F Rd. is a busy road but you are tucked back in from it. The homes in the neighborhood are all well maintained. Very cute neighborhood. It has terrific proximity to the trail that runs along the American River so that is a plus. I have never heard a bad word about the neighborhood ( I live near by in another nice neighborhood)
