They rang the doorbell. There was no answer so they broke in. The woman called police and they got there so fast the driver was still sitting in the car outside. All three are now in the county jail.

Better to steal from strangers and get a long way away, so if you were seen, nobody would know you and you wouldn't be seen around town during the week.

I hope all three get cozy with Boggs and the sisters while locked up.Wow, so scary. So glad they were caught - I hope these are the same guys who broke into my neighbors house and TraceyL's and Superwoman's! It would be nice to know that they were all linked and all the bad guys are in custody!

FOLSOM, CA- Folsom police say they have arrested three men linked to a string of home burglaries. According to a press release provided by the Folsom Police Department three men allegedly knocked on a woman's door on Freswick drive at 10:30 p.m. Saturday night and when no one answered they broke into the house.
The woman then called police who arrived a short time later. The release says police found a getaway driver in a BMW out front and one man in the home. A third suspect was found several blocks away after fleeing when officers arrived.
The press release from the Folsom Police Department says officers searched the BMW and found items related to other burglaries in the area on Glen Mady Drive and Plum Creek Court.
The men were identified as Raven Jones, 19, of Suisun City, Perry Aquino, 21, of Fairfield and Jeffrey Santos-Green, 18, of Fairfield.
According to the press release all the men will face charges of conspiracy, burglary and possession of stolen property.

Good job, Folsom PD. There are so many other areas things like this happen and no one ever gets caught.

Bummer... not our burglary.
Oddly, the 'person of interest' in our burglary is from Antioch. Thugs doing road trip break ins.
So glad these losers are off the streets. Hope they catch ours soon.

I figure they recently passed through Folsom, maybe visiting family or friends and thought it this town might be a soft and lucrative target. My guess is this isn't their first time.

Surprise!
Great job, Folsom PD.

I know some cities have begun doing this online.
Its kinda cool, you can interact with the map and ask for a certain area(the ones that require you to ask for a certain street are lame--who knows the names of all the streets in their neighborhood?) and the type of crime your looking up--and the span of time....
Just wondering just how many home burglaries their have been each month for the last few months...and if we are likely to see an increase with Christmas coming....
Ofcoarse, I realize that with all the recent budget cuts and job losses in the city-this may not be a luxury that Folsom residents can afford in their city.

Does the FPD have a map they publish with different types of activities?

The Sac Bee has something like that. If you put in a street name it will pop up with little bubbles with initials that show what type of crime.
