I saw that a Strings Restaurant is going in where the pizza place used to be next to Raley's on Blue Ravine and East Natoma. Is the Strings by Kohl's moving or is this another one?

hope it is the same one and not a second one unless it's the same owners. They have done so much for Folsom and always help out with fundraisers. Would be nice to have it closer to me!!!

We aren't going anywhere, still hanging in here. The location on Blue Ravine is a quick service concept being opened by Strings parent company that is why the liquor application has the Strings name, the restaurant will have a different name. They will specialize in wraps, salads and some baked pastas and will be a walk-up counter. We love living, working and raising our children in this community and thank you for your support.

Whew!!! Although, I would love having you guys closer to me!!! I was worried someone else was coming in to open a second Strings! That would have been rough. Sounds like a good concept and definitely needed in that shopping center!

BTW: Thank you Strings for hosting the Pancake Breakfast for Jessica on 4/30/11!!! You guys rock and I am so appreciative of all you've done for my various causes!!!!

I'm also glad it's not direct competition for you guys! Strings is one of my favorite restaurants and, while it would be nice to have it closer to me, I'd hate for it to compete with the good thing you guys have going.
