thank goodness it was just the 5 trees and part of a fence that were burned, the house was saved by some thrifty neighbors who hosed down the fire until the FD got there...
quite a group of folks sitting across the street taking pics, etc... unfortunately, I forgot to in the whole hubbub of things going on!
