I'm not sure if it's the munchies talking, but Folsom needs to have chocolate festival in the fall.

There would be contest for the best types of hot chocolate; and show different ways that chocolate could be used that most people have not thought of.

It would have to be in cooler weather because that is when chocolate taste best(at least hot chocolate).

there is going to be a chocolate festival. It's going to be at whole foods feb 11 from 1-4. I just got a flyer at my house. How awesome! I believe in the secret. Even if it's 4 months late.

Does that mean "Whole foods tent show" or are other places like Snooks are going to be in attendance?
Not really a chocolate show if it's just WF selling stuff that's normally inside.

Or even if it's a WF promotion.

Yum! Good idea! Lodi is having a chocolate/wine fest on Feb 10-11 - I wouldn't mind having something like that around here. ;-)

I dunno. I heard there is going to be a chocolate fountain, so maybe? I don't care through. I'm taking what I can get. In the roseville they describe it like this:

"Taste an assortment of chocolates from around the globe as you take a plate-pleasing journey through the world of chocolate! Learn how to pick the perfect chocolate to pair with that special bottle of champagne. There will be aromatherapy demonstrations, henna tattoos, and don’t forget to stop by the Chocolate Fountain and enjoy some fresh-dipped goodies"

Do we still have that Rennisance Faire? You know, where all those slovenly computer programmers dress up and live at the zoo for a weekend while making rude comments to you in funny accents?

That's got to be good for something right?

And the rodeo. And Cyclebration. And all the rowing competitions. And Santa.

None of those things are festivals - OK maybe Cyclebration. But it's not very inclusive.
