Great movie, well casted. If you are a fan of the series you will likely like it, the girl who played Lisbeth was pretty spot on.
As with every movie based on a book, it deviates a little from the book, but the parts left out weren't really needed anyway.

I was shocked at how graphic the sex scenes were... close to NC-17 rating.

I read the books and saw the Swedish versions of the movies. Loved them all. A lot of critics disparage the books as fluff, and I can't help but wonder, did they even read them??? It is a very dark storyline; About as farr from 'fluff' as you can be. The moves stayed pretty darn close, in my opinion.
Can't wait to see Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara in the roles. Noomi Rapace in the Swedish ones was AMAZING, so it will be interesting to see how I feel about Rooney.
One word of caution - for those who are softies - there is a very graphic rape scene that might be tough for some to take.
